Are you using Photoshop? 8D If you take the final down-sized image, duplicate the layer, filter>sharpen, and then reduce it's opacity, you can crisp the image a little bit without killing your eyes. *_* Lovely little trick ifIdosaysomyself.
The movement and the colours are absolutely phenomenal and I can't stop staring. I think I'm in love. ;A; *huffs*

I've tried that trick with painter, but I didn't like the effect it had. Plus, I mean like.. little freckles and bits of lace and stuff haha. They're bound to get lost when downsized anyways.

Awww. Her face is so deep and intense -- it really makes this picture; particularly those eyes. It reminds me of a mature, more detailed kind of Precious Moments type thing. Maybe that's just me though.
