ok so this took forever to get started on and i apologize, but due to school i will not get requests done as fast. anyways wanted me to draw an animaniacs oc with:-black hair and body
-white feet and gloves
- a dress
-medium lenght hair
-bags to the side
and i really wanted to draw poofy hair and poofy clothes to go with it XD i hope that's fine with you ^^
