So I know this has probably been done like 100 times before, but I thought of it late at night so I'm just praying it's not too bad.

So (female) Frisk decides to stay with Toriel. She grows into a young adult in the ruins with her, with no intent of leaving. She's friends with Napstablook who tells her of the "outside world".
Outside the ruins, Things are starting to go downhill. There are riots and monters are visibly stressed and anxious. It's not nearly as bad as Underfell, but Frisk will probably be attacked even more.
Also, Papyrus would be in the Royal guard, but only really because they need more recruits. So he would be missing a bit of his energy because of the work. And everyone would be a little older. That's about it.

I really had fun with the dress. (she got that from Toriel on her 16th birthday.)
