This isn't an in-depth critique, but one thing that jumped out at me in this piece is the subject man - his posture is leaned back, and he looks kinda fat in the legs. Also the texture on the suit looks too... fine? Overall it's a striking piece though.

Everyone seems to be focused on the composition... what about the subject matter? I can almost see a novel series coming together around this image!

Crew suits might be a bit more detailed and even with deep look i cant see legs, from guy stying closest to ship. But its still lot of hard work and really amazing artwork!
