This inspired me to kill another Akantor for my "Akantor Broadsword".
But i'm too tired... I'll do it tomorrow.

Very nice. I am interested in how you create the desaturating/fading effect on the spikes and the rest of the body in the background. Do you draw the entire thing in the same saturation/clarity first then only fade it somehow? or do you just paint the whole thing like that directly?
