I'm putting this piece as a favorite. I like the coloring of the eyes, and the way you did Aizen's hair. Seriously, I went to Deviantart.com, took a glance at today's newest submissions, went to my messages, and went back to get a better view of this picture.
The shading is great, your choice of background is also great. Makes him look more menacing, at least in a psychological way. Not as in looking like he'll beat the shit out of you, more so emotionally tear you apart.

Yeah I always thought Aizen's eyes got more 'glowy' when he ventured into Hueco Mundo land. I like this one the best so far. *hopes for a Szayel one*
