Very nice. I love the expresive quality. Impresionistic almost.
Though, like others have said you lose the hands abit...
But I don't think its that bad of a problem.

Cool perspective, pose and character design. Now that a few people have mentioned it, it does look like the Halo soldier outfit.. not saying that that's what it is. Wonder what he's doin'...

I think artists get to dependent on Photoshop.. I have artrage and its a nifty program, although I love to keep my traditional skills as well, and to improve on them. So is this Raiden in MGS4?

I would pop those hands a little more on contrast, your beggining to lose them. I didn't even notice the one near the face till after I stared at it for a while.

this guy kinda reminds me of Master Chief, Samus, Cyborg Ninja, the Armor the people in KH3 are goin to wear, and a little bit of Zone of The Enders in a way. Anyway, great work!
