prehapse, but there's something much more epic about htis picture. there's something almost god-like about the guy in the cape ( i love the way that trails out of the confides of tteeh picticture; you get the feeling that it's absolutly massive anf the sharp brushtrokes bring it to life, giving the impression of it rippling in the breeze. there's something sureal about the way it just seems to be streaming up into the sky, giving this golden worior and other-worldly vibe) and the way he's seemingly flowering from the explosion. possibly, it's the christ-esque pose... who knows. the touches of green help the eyes jump out from the dark backdrop, especially the red of the cape.
in contrast to his glaming armour, this guy's opponant feels alot more grubby. you've managed to create a texture that looks like dry acrylic paint, making him feel pretty organic. the highlights really bring out the muscles in his back while there's somethign really chilling about that blank head, hfeaturless save for all those teeth.
