I love the colors of the background and kinda wanna know what's going on back there. I get that the 'clouds' are smoke but what's burning and why? But yea, this is a really nice piece. Impressive.

This reminds me of the discussion I had with a friend some time ago.
We said, if Jesus or some similarly symbolic figure were to re-appear in our modern day and age, that figure would probably be locked up into an insane asylum.
You found the solution! Time of reappearance: approximately around the beginning of the post-apocalypse.
You probably were thinking something else though. Cool picture, nevertheless.

'Bowing to a great artist' You really use the sharp angles and elongated perspective to enhance the feel of the pic...About the water, it looks fine I think if you added reflection it would draw the eye away from the main point, the guy walking on the water! Lol, but you could add some blue/ cool grays in different shades to get that "reflection effect" Wow, thats alot but I will watch and see what you do from here out...
