HAHA I can't believe it! Like half an hour ago I drew a concept art of death for a play and I'm very surprise of the elements similar to your death. She had a white cloak with branches coming out of her head. The difference lies in the human face with red make up.

Looks amazing, it reminds me of an old Swedish fairy-creature. She has the stub of a tree sticking out of her back and she lures men into the forest. There are tons of different versions of her, but she always creeped me out when I was a kid.
