Still rather unfinished. Maybe try cleaning up the lineart before you color it? The hair is a little blocky as well...More definition is needed. This whole piece seems like it was done in a hurry, without much care. I would say the only thing that is good is the proportions and facial feature placement and detail.

Wow I love your shading of the picture, it's really good. Nice expressions, though personally I think that the smiles are a little too big, the general message of the piece is adorable. It makes you wish that Sasuke and Itachi weren't at each others throats all the time doesn't it? XD
