Trivia: This idea came to me in the middle of the post-tea ceremony luncheon I attended this afternoon. I'd been thinking about how smug Katara is every time Zuko gets told lately, and how she's pretty much been hazing him into the Gaang Frarority...and the idea clicked into place, almost fully formed.
....and then I got a helpless fit of the giggles, while wearing full yukata, in the middle of a genteel society luncheon.
Whoops. >_>
(Sadly, the coloring job above is what happens when it's 3am, I have work in five hours, and I know I won't have time to finish later. Meh. At least the first panels look pretty good. )

Oh yeah..Well I really Liked it a lot, I thought it was really cute. I'm going to be posting a Zuko short cartoon soon that you might want to see, its pretty funny. But I can't seem to find any1 who just drew Zuko. I liked their styles and I don't have a book with his hair down.

Well, I go a couple of times a month, so...pretty much the same as always, only with kimono and a luncheon after because it was a special occasion. ^_^

*grins* I'm really not sure what everybody is so upset about. Zutara is in the best shape it's ever been in. They've become incredibly close. They saved each other's lives. They work better together than with anyone else. She gave him her forgiveness and the strength to face his shame and reunite with his uncle. He gave her his absolute trust and the chance to face her mother's killer and respected her decision to let him live. They ended the series on an incredibly positive note, with a chance to build on that in the future.
As for the canon pairings? Did you see a wedding ring anywhere? And how many couples do you know who've stayed in love with the person they loved at twelve, or fifteen? There was plenty enough Canon Smooching to make the Kataang and Maiko fans feel okay about getting little or no other interaction for the last four episodes, but certainly nothing final.
Just sayin'. Panic and grief as a reaction seems a bit...odd, really. Try optimism and new motivation to create fanworks! ^_^
