I love Mako's kerchief! And I especially love Bolin's stare. It reminds me of my music teacher, who creeps us out intentionally by simultaneously stare at both the scores in her hands and at us.

This is really well done. I love fanart of Mako and Bolin as kids. I have one suggestion for improvement, which is that Mako is a bit young to have such defined muscles; softening his form a bit would make him look more childlike.
