i believe it is the appropriate time for a nice hot slice of the delicacy known as pizza originating in 1889 in Italy by a chef named Margherita of Savoy to honour the Queen. the Neapolitan pizzamaker Raffaele Esposito created the "Pizza Margherita", a pizza garnished with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, to represent the national colours of Italy as on the Italian flag. Topped with a famous topping known as pepperoni which is made from cured pork and beef mixed together and seasoned with paprika or other chili pepper. Made at the pizza restaurants known as Gino's pizza. which was first opened in 1966 by the two taxi drivers, Sam Levine and Fred Bartoli, and a friend, George Loverde.
