Here's another new character!Im def thinking of creating a comic down the line and need to collect and build up characters for the story!
Penelope is a professional dragon racer and excels in flight.
She has the very traditional ability of breathing fire but that's about it elemental prowess wise.
Her characteristics are bubbly, confident, loud, optimistic, observant, and quick witted.
