I love pictures that refer to the four elements and so, I enjoy looking at this picture, too. Each element is pointed out very clearly and well done ^^

That's a cool representation of the four elements. Each one is depicted very well, with it's own characteristics, and yet they fit all so well together. I think it's mainly the long narrow shape and the frame that ties them together, but also the mainly pastel colors.
Vector pieces often look sort of chunky to me, because they consist of such large blocks of colors. I like how you have used that chunkyness here, to symbolize the solidness of earth. The "large blocks of gradients" go very well with those chunks, and at the same time express the movability or even fleetingness of the other elements very well. And the fine details of fishes, roots, flames, and clouds add an interesting contrast to the large blocks.
I think it's the way that the elements in your pic all go so well with each other, I can really picture this as an animation. One that goes so slow you hardly notice it's an animation at all, with the elements slowly changing into each other. Probably works better with the Eastern idea of a circle of elements that constantly change from one to another, not with the two opposing pairs of Western thinking. They have five elements, metal and wood instead of our earth. Wood burning to fire (like in your picture), the smoke rising and turning into air, the air forming clouds and raining to earth, the water wetting the soil, which grows the wood that feeds the fire...
