Very cool shot! I like that you have the person in it. Gives the pic some more interest, kinda like a wee candy that you don't see right away! I don't agree about the top crop, I say leave it.

The flowing curves together with the shadows makes this a very catchy piece.
However, i feel a tighter panoramic crop would do it justice.
Shave off a quarter from the top and this would be dramatic.

I do agree that the peeling ceiling is a bit distracting, but I wanted the figure approximately where the lines of the rule of the thirds are... I'm thinking of going there one more time and getting a better shot... I don't know really...! We shall C!!! Thank U very much 4 the tips...!!!

Person or no person?
With the person you get a sense of scale: just how big is it?
Without the person, you leave that sense of scale in the mind of the viewer; you leave it up to them to decide if this is a small or large space.
Both have their advantages and it is the responsibility of the photographer - who has the vision after all for the photo - to decide what they want to convey to the viewer.
Me - I'm in the 'no person' camp.
