The picture is beautifully taken and the lighting that is used brings out the natural look and feeling of the fruit. The reflection of the light on the drops is stunning. The constraste in between the yellow of the lemon and the green of the back ground is very good.
You could try to make more bubbles next time and maybe even have a multicolored back ground and maybe even use marbles or transparent objects that can be dropped to create a kind of multiple color effect. Because of all the bubbles it would make the picture look living, and full of color.

thats really awesome! seems to me that today is lemon-fruit-day
and with this pic, you've got it. till now, i haven't got a pecker for those drop-into-water-photos. And you've set the limit high
