Description
My depiction of Grograman, probably my favourite character from The Neverending Story. The patterns on Grograman's skin are inspired on those of panthers, jaguars and clouded leopards.

For those who don’t know the story, Grograman is a color-shifting giant lion and the only inhabitant of the Goab desert. His skin changes from one color to another depending on the floor he is standing on.

In my designs, I have tried to depict how his skin could show that transition between colors while he walks, and I imagined patterns on the fur, like those of tigers, panthers or other big cats, that would help make it more interesting.

The red design is the most accurate according to the book description. I will be posting new designs soon!
