Description
Here is a portrait study I did based on the 'Dutch Flemish' oil painting technique. This is the underpainting stage, from here I move on to the color stage and finally the adjustment stage.Title: Bice
Medium: Traditional Oils
For those interested, I will be teaching an oil painting class focusing on the 'Dutch Flemish' technique on SCHOOLISM.com starting April 15, 2010.

Easy to Understand,
nearly the same as you can do it in Photoshop a Simple Layer Technic.
OK the Result depend on the Artist, and in this case is it a Worldclass Artist!
Another Amazing Painting from you
I take a look at your Schoolism site, very interesting, sadly i can not spend the 1000,- Buckยดs fee for it.

coool!
I don't understand how it works though, doesn't puting colors on top of this will hide the shadowing and highlights that make the details?
