An old tree
An old tree in the enchanted forest
overgrown by moss and lichen,
his trunk marked by years,
its leaves gently rustling in the wind.
buried its roots deep in the ground,
hold him fast in the shady glade.
He witnesses seasons
of sunrises and sunsets.
Green leaves sprout in spring
in autumn they turn gold.
But even in winter, when everything stands still,
he is the king of the fantasy forest.
Its branches spread far,
provide shade and shelter.
He is part of the forest
part of its history.
The old tree in the enchanted forest
a symbol of strength and perseverance.
He will keep growing
until time catches up with him one day.
