Description
The Laffer Utilities is an old time wasting app for Windows 3.11 made back in the 90's. I've always liked the art the application has, but they are rather low resolution and use only 16 colors, so I just wanted to redo one of the images in higher resolution and increased color depth. I have no idea who the original artist is, so holler if you know and I'll add the name here. Larry and Patti were, of course, created by Al Lowe.An the original piece of art can be seen here:
