A bizarre, chubby faketren resembling Maino has been spotted in the same spots as 3ngo, but much less capable of hiding from onlookers and much sloppier at covering his tracks. Eventually, DNA samples were gained from this absolute unit from discarded candy bar wrappers. From there, 3 major details were uncovered:

1-His genes are a PERFECT hybrid of 4tren and Maino, using seemingly perfectly-copied pieces of genetic data from them both. While 4tren's data is far more common due to his many clones, almost nobody has anything close to Maino's DNA, even including his own "brother" Lingo.
2-Despite being based off of Maino, Main4 has none of the genetically-based physical health problems his faketran counterpart has, implying that despite being a mirror-clone type being, he's actually more stable and functional than his original counterpart, maybe even an improvement (in theory)
3-Some of the genetic markers associated with "Artstyle Theory" in Main4 have a HEAVY resemblance to what became of Raga3joh and Garb1's genes after they were reconstructed. In fact, all the distinct design characteristics Raga3joh and Garb1 developed so they could contrast 4tren were visible in this guy.

Investigators are still trying to double-check that last detail, since the scientific viability of "Artstyle Theory" is still heavily debated in medical fields, so naturally it's usage in a federal investigation is dubious to say the least.
