I didn't have fun with this guy's design. Lots of changes were needed to get this guy's outfit to work as intended. Sadly, I feel like this guy didn't come out as well as his brother, Swagamiicho. Here's some more info:

Don't be fooled by the hobo-like appearance of this faketran. Poortran lives a minimalistic lifestyle to a cartoonish extreme, a polar opposite to his wealth-obsessed brother Swagamiicho. Despite being opposites, they care for each other and try accepting their differences (to varying degrees of success). Poortran has lived cheap enough that he's actually upper-class in terms of money and wealth, since he spends nearly none of it and simply hoards money that he'll likely never spend, similar to how Swagamiicho hoards bling he'll never wear. He's a chill, likeable dude rumored to be part of a fashion group, and is particularly disconcerted with the reconstructions that recently happened to Garb1 and Raga3joh and their art styles at the cost of their power, which Poortran interprets as disgracing what you already have for trivial aesthetic changes, preferring instead to follow the stoic philosophy of being thankful for what you have, even if it's something as mundane and boring as seeing trees and breathing air. Needless to say, this mindset is infuriatingly confusing to his frivolous brother.
