My other bae for Hype~! He was obviously supposed to be for the side story but idk if that's still a thing... just in case though~

Personality:
Aquila has matured somewhat since his teen years, though he still enjoys baiting others with childish actions to get a rise out of them, simply to see their reactions. He's only gotten faster over the years, constantly training with his team. He's easily excited when faced with new things and challenges, but he bores rather quickly if they fail to hold his attention. When things are going his way, he's like an angel; sweet, polite, and respectful. When he gets annoyed he'll snap at people and pout until Iofiel or Ambriel calm him down. He's naturally curious and tends to stick his nose where it doesn't belong, though getting caught often has helped him perfect his 'innocent little girl' act. And yes, most of the time he's acting like a girl and cross-dresses. He finds it's easier to get what he wants when people think he's a girl, let alone getting away with things.

Back-story:
Aquila grew up in the small town of Pacifidlog. He wasn't exactly happy living there, but he never complained openly. Even while he was teased about looking and dressing like a girl. Then one day, during his 10th year, he fell into the water and got his foot stuck in the Corsola's reef. The Corsola were not happy about this and started to defend their home, rendering him unconscious after numerous Spike Cannons. He woke up in the care of an old man he'd never met before on an island that shouldn't have been there. Not even the old man knows what saved Aquila and the poor boy developed a fear of Corsola. When he returned home it seemed like the number of Corsola had multiplied since he nearly drowned. He was afraid to go outside because every Corsola looked like it was going to hurt him. He decided soon after that he had to leave. He signed up for the 'test' to receive a starter, which wasn't anything more then meeting numerous Pokemon native to the area and seeing if any of them could tolerate the humans. It seemed like he was the only one that noticed the small, yellow colored Swablu behind all the other blue ones. Grabbing her and a small pack, he boarded a ship to Mossdeep and never looked back.

Extras:
~ Has a Corsola despite being terrified of them. She took a liking to him just before he left home and followed him.
~ He didn't bring her with him here, but Shekinah, his Corsola, still followed him without his knowledge.
~ Favorite color is purple
~ He's empathetic, but he can't really control it. He has a necklace that suppresses his ability on him at all times. Without it, he's a quivering mess.

She'll easily become trusting of others and is easily hurt by betrayal.

Outside of battle he's laid-back and lazy, always found sleeping somewhere.

Other then that he's a cute little Joltik who likes to please his trainer and works hard to become strong without evolving.
