Sorry about the delay! Been busy lately.
Hello everyone! I made a base last night that didn't quite click with me so I am giving it away for free!
Along with the free to use base, I'm also raffling off a kemonomimi design using the base!
Read down below for more info.
In order for me to produce more free stuff for you, please do consider donating some points to me!
You don't have to, but I'd really appreciate it ;v;

I frequently jump from Sai to Photoshop using a psd file so I'm pretty sure that a psd file would work on Sai.
