It hits deep.
The only critique I can think of is the shading of the blood that comes from her left eye. The light comes from right, and her nose makes a shadows to her left. So I'd remove some of the light-dots on the blood.

too much blur @ bottom, but still gonna love it!

I used that blur to create more depth... but the outcome look weird with that blur...

Ahh! Brilliant mate. I think you done a particularly good job whiting out the eye, and you made great use of LadyDementia's blood tutorial (I personally found that technique pretty difficult to implement!)
Its great to see the tutorials being put to such good use
