Great lighting! I like the angle a lot with the city lights off to the side. Great job on the face, I like the texture and outline of the jawbone. This is an excellent shot, you should be proud.

This shot is absolutely amazing, the pure black and white of it.
I like how he's not just tilting his head back, but that he's looking up.
I also like how the lights in the background draw you to the light on his face.

i really like this picture. it's very emotional. the lighting is perfect, and sets a rather gloomy mood. if thats what you were going for (which i'm guess it is, by the tittle) you did an excellent job. veru nice portrait.
