Deep in the bowels of subbasement J of the Administration Building dwells Mr. Roper, the huge head of the housing department at Sigil Prep. He has been known to assign rooms without thought or care, putting students in boiler rooms and janitor's closets, and sometimes on the roof. But don't worry, if you can get through the cavernous expanse of traps between subbasement A and his office, he usually responds well to bribes of shiny jewels or food.
