Okay, my drawing is stupid. I'm not gonna argue that. But you're not just saying that my drawing's not funny. You're saying that rape is not funny, yet you're also saying dark humor is funny. So dark humor is funny when dealing with death and suffering, but not with rape?

because 90% of the time in dark humor its useally because the people are horrible (like Its always Sunny) so you don't feel bad about what happens to them
if that happens in rape its called Victim blaming and rape culture
same reason why rape isn't in games, wend you kill someone in a game normally they can fight back, so its ok to shoot them because its a live or death thing.
Rape meanwhile involves pinning down the victim and forcing yourself on them while they are helpless. Its your fault.

You're not just saying that rape jokes are bad. That's a legitimate question that's been debated from both sides by very smart people, so I'm not really going to go there. Obviously, I don't think they necessarily are, but again, that's not what I'm debating.
No, my beef is that you're saying they're not funny, because according to you, they could only manage to be so if we disliked the victim or blamed them. That. Is. Just. Wrong.
Again, to choose a non-rape example. Slapstick violence. Are sympathetic heroes never victims of slapstick violence? Of course they are! Do we laugh because we dislike them, or think they deserve it? Do we fail to sympathize with their pain while simultaneously being amused by their plight? No. I dunno why we laugh at their misery. It's just a weird thing about the human condition. What I do know is that this doesn't mean we don't like them, relate to them, or respect them.
Again, I do NOT mean to argue whether such humor is healthy or not. I don't think so, but I don't really know. But to say it is not funny is saying that people who laugh at this are... what? Faking it? Maybe they shouldn't laugh. Maybe it's wrong. But if they laugh, it's because they find it funny, whether they should or not. That's the only reason why they would.
So yes, rape jokes can be funny. If that's a bad thing, then all the more reason why they're bad. But to say they're 'not funny' would then be like saying that drugs don't feel good. It doesn't help you make your point. It just makes your point look weaker by being glaringly wrong.

I did, and all it states (wisely) is that rape has an enormous impact on what an audience will accept. It never goes so far as to accuse those who depict or imply rape for humorous effect as condoning it. And even if it did, it's the TROPES page, not a psychology journal!
