Looks like Sakura has stumbled upon Sasuke in one of Orochimaru's caves. But she looks confused
Here's this funky-looking dude who 'kind of' looks like Sasuke, but can it really be him? Poor Sakura, she just can't, or rather refuses, to put two and two together, even with her photograph 
Naruto is secretly getting a laugh at all this since he's the only one who has seen Sasuke like that. And Sasuke, well, he's just annoyed as usual
