Honestly, coming from the stand point of an identical twin, it's only cute the first time but after the 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 time it becomes rather annoying
Haruhi may sound sincere but Hunny simply finds her question rather silly and the answer rather obvious

lols poor twins! yeah i get asked alot too and me and my sis dont look anything alike!! Shes pale, skinny and has brown long wavy stright hair and me tanned skined, normal weight and have golden brown curly hair.
