Backstory: Sandcap & Icestorm hatched on a mountain in the Sky Kingdom, in the cave where their parents lived. They both stayed there for the first year of their lives, however they had to move after their parents separated. Icestorm went with his father due to him not being able to survive the harsh conditions of the ice Kingdome, & vise versa for Sandcap. For the next two years Icestorm and his father lived in the Scorpion Den, many dragonets picking on Icestorm due to his more Icewing appearance. However an older dragon had taken interest in him, taking the dragonet in as his apprentice after watching him fight. Within the next two years Icestorm could properly defend himself, even having the best Blacksmith in the Den create leg armor so he can appear more menacing. Another year later and his father sent him to JMA, hoping to have him make some friends in a more friendly environment. Upon arriving he met Whaleshark, the two getting along quickly. For the first day they stuck together until getting their dens, both slightly disappointed they didn't get each other. However he found the name "Deadeye" interesting, though he didn't let it show. Upon arriving to his shared den he became stunned and shooken upon seeing another Sandwing hybrid, wearing something ridiculous as well. Icestorm did his best to ignore Deadeye, however he silently paid attention as he listened to his gut a bit. During the time of Whaleshark starting to spread rumors about his Clawmate Icestorm finally caught sight of his brother, a sneer rising to his face. Sandcap appeared to have developed a more Icewing personality, along with a lot of self esteem. So it was only natural that only after a few harsh words to his younger brother and horrible words about his Clawmate that Icestorm attacked him, causing one of the teachers to separate them. Upon reaching his den that's when he realized that all of Deadeye's stuff had gone missing. He found Whaleshark, who pretended to be shocked, and they searched for him, finding the other hybrid in Stonemovers cave. Now he's helping Deadeye redeem himself, along with dealing with his own feelings about the whole situation, Whaleshark, and his brother.
I'm so happy to finally get this out! May 23 of 2020 was my first post of him {was originally a her}, long before any of his changes into what you see now. & I love how he turned out. I tried to do a samurai theme with him, however I cannot draw armor for the life of me...so I'ma say he doesn't get any major samurai related stuff until later in his life when he gets more armor and stuff. Also he and Deadeye are cute together, you will never change my mind on that.
