I watched Lady and the Tramp yesterday, and after the film I had the urge to draw the two main canines in human form.This is what I thought of.
I tried to make the humans look as much like their dog counterparts as possible. This is why Tramp's hair has two unusual bumps, mostly to indicate his puppy ears.
And I love Lady's ears, they're so bushy but soft and elegant. I hope I portrayed that with human Lady. ^_^...although I keep thinking she could be the sister of either Ariel or Belle...
I relied heavily on the 50th anniversary dvd cover. Thus I do not own Lady and the Tramp.

Great job, but its kind of hard not to see them as dogs. I wonder what a human Robin Hood - i.e. a humanized Disney fox Robin Hood would look like. Growing up, I always preferred the animal characters to human characters.

hmm drawing Robin Hood more human-like would be interesting. :] ha ha yeah, it is kinda tricky not to see their animal appearances when seeing these kinds of drawings, but maybe that means we're [the artists] doing a good job? I.e. you can tell who the character is supposed to be. lol I don't know, but thank you for leaving a comment~

They look kind of like Ariel and Prince Eric from The Little Mermaid--at first, I thought this was a crossover.
