And now we get into the bizarre angular nightmarish section of the ultra beasts. Apparently Necrozma feeds on light, and when he doesn't get enough, he goes dark and dormant. Makes our celestial beasts of the sun and moon a perfect target. He eventually has his fill and becomes a dragon, which is cool. Reminds me of the life cycle of the Naaru from World of Warcraft, except in reverse.
