Flyshell is a Featherclan warrior, the daughter of Flynose and Nectar and sister of Ashwind and Flickerdusk. Her father died before she was born, and she and her littermates were fussed over by the clan. Flykit felt the most pressure to be a great warrior, since she was named after Flynose. She was mentored by Silversnow and grew into a sweet and compassionate warrior. Flyshell was given her first apprentice, Squirrelpaw, not long after becoming a warrior, and quickly found herself overwhelmed by her fiery apprentice. She found help, a bit unexpectedly, in her denmate Sheepwhisker, who had been training his apprentice Kitepaw alongside her and Squirrelpaw. After Kitepaw became a medicine cat apprentice, Sheepwhisker helped Flyshell with Squirrelpaw until the apprentice finally began to respect her. During that time, feeling began to develop between Flyshell and Sheepwhisker, and after Squirreltail became a warrior, they became mates. Flyshell is currently expecting Sheepwhisker's kits
