I was trying to make a 3d game with "dynamic counter attack" mechanic and saw the game in the anime called King's Avatar's on YouTube and remembered I'd love to play it if it were a real game but later on I found out it's a game that'll take up a really big space in your storage if it were a real game but luckily I'm just making my own version of the game utilizing my already conceptualized designs. I realized I could make using abilities only be an option after overcoming a challenge which in this case chaining counter-attacks consecutively which is hard and that mimics the difficulty of pulling off the abilities from the anime, the longer you chain attacks the better the ability that will be unlocked to be used in a fight however using the abilities require you to press certain buttons decided by RNG within various time-frame, better ability = shorter time-frame, thus also mimicking the artistic keyboard presses in the anime but all abilities will only be there for a single use which resets everytime the final battle ends.
