This is part two of the Saugerties hike. I feel that this photo captures the essence of the forest. It was very wet, overcast, and the water was very high from recent heavy rains.Related content

i really like the rising mist, sooo cool, i bet in real life this was breath taking, that's what i've noticed about nature shots its always better in live life...

I think this is very beautiful, its a tad over exposed at the top, but i love the enviorment, the darkness contrasted with the light water makes the water fall look peacefully but not at the same time, i love these kinds of pics where the water looks smokey, great natural shot!
