While I could point to the regular Five Man Band trope also included, at the time I drew this it was different before they added another section which I believe is more related to the modern day main cast...? I could argue to why I don't agree but yes, I am settling for the original one before more was added and which ones have individual explanations.

If the page updates in the future then I guess this point is moot whoops oh well.

Wow, five years of the HC series. Can you believe it’s been that long? I still remember when PBG had added a clip of the first episode of Minecraft HC 1 at the end of one of his videos. I don’t remember which one, but it was there. Since I was on a Minecraft binge during that time, I decided to check it out despite only knowing PBG, Jon, Jirard and McJones (and the latter was only because of PBG’s videos). Despite that, I really liked it! And the day I found out about it was also the day the second episode came out.
Since then, I’ve been a huge fan of the series! I would wait in anticipation for a new episode, watching each and every new episode that would come out and looking forward to all the new seasons. Even now, I still do that because I couldn’t forget how excited I was for Minecraft 5 to come out after the year long break between that season and Minecraft 4. Basically, I’ve been following this series around for a lot, and if you haven’t been able to tell with my weekly doodles, I have been drawing a loooot for it since it started and since it came back.
This is the first art piece I’ve done back when Minecraft 1 was the only season, also getting that from TV Tropes (like with this one). A five-man band based on the main five back in Minecraft 1. Now, with the series having changed a lot with more great guests and new people, I decided it also required a redraw update. Considering that one was for Minecraft 1, I decided using the Minecraft 5 skins was only appropriate. And thus, we have this! Have to say, I quite like the colours a lot.
Anyways, happy five year anniversary! That’s about all I have to say. It’s kinda messy but it’s so hard to properly describe how much I like this series. Hope y’all like it!
