Normal Forme Deoxys + Deoxite = Mega Deoxys
Mega Deoxys
Psychic - Poison
Genetics - Opponents, upon contact, have a 30% chance of having two random stats lowered.
I figured since Deoxys is the DNA Pokemon, and Mega Evolution has things to do with DNA, so it works. The extra legs are supposed to be an example of genetic mutation.
