"I'm dispatching the replacement HL-Series unit and a representative of our legal department right now sir, they'll be there within the hour."
You gotta be freakin kidding, that fast? What about the damaged trucks? I still got cargo to unload...
"I understand sir, I'll send a group of additional HL-Series units to put you on schedule, and a pair of VRX units to handle repairing the trucks, will that suffice?"
