I need to urgently make $150 due to my bank delaying forced payments so now I'm over drawn when just yesterday I had $80 in my account. I hate my new bank LOL

GENERAL
Must inform me if using for commercial purposes. I hold the right to refuse at any given time if the customer fails to communicate any requests of change until the final is submitted or is proceeding to be difficult in any matter and is disruptive.
PAYMENTS
Must be up front VIA paypal only will make boosty an acception for those who need it.
All payments must be through USD.
REVISIONS
Must be requested upon sketch; after the confirmation of the sketch and move to line art only small revisions available & when coloring you are only allowed to request color edits.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
3 to 4 weeks. I will post any status changes on twitter if I hold any issues or event that would cause pauses in my work load.
USE
Personal use is accepted.
Commercial use must be stated in the beginning of the transaction.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to the art work itself and may showcase on all of my socail platforms unless requested to not showcase until a certian date/debuts.
You (The Buyer) understands that you are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way (under most circumstances, see below to see what you can do for commercial use) The Buyer may resell complete design for the price purchased/invested in design.
You are allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit or non-profit productions (with proper credit). However you may not use the artwork.
You may make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased
So long as they are made in limited quantity, and the art is YOUR OWN art, or art purchased from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art.
REFUNDS
You may request a refund at any moment will allowance of 2 weeks at any time. But the refund will reduce depending on the stage of completion.
