It's been a while since i added another X-Treme Teen.Her biography:

Name: Andreada
Age: 18
Species: Banshee
Likes: Scaring people

Powers: Phasing through objects,shooting ectoplasm,banshee scream,possesing humans,animals,and inanimate objects
Fear: Negative Technic

Description: Just like Toxin and Stinglash,she fell off the rocket and landed on Earth. She landed in Crunity City,the same city where the future X-Treme Teens base would soon be located near.She was taken into an orphanage as a baby,was given the name Andrea,and was adopted at the age of 5 by some freaky six armed guy and 3 headed lady (Crunity City is full of freaky people,aliens,and monsters).She lived happily with her new parents until she was 10.Her parents got into a fight and her father separated her 3 mothers,thus causing them to bleed to death. She tried running away,but her father got in his car and ran over her legs.Andreada was left to die in the streets,but the 4 freaks from the House of Freaks,which was a few blocks away from her house,found her and took her in. Richard and Boxhead replaced Andreada's broken legs with a ghostly tail.Evelyn and Evelyn removed Andreada's clothes since they were torn in a bunch of places and were filthy and gave her a purple bra and a blue cape.The unamed cyborg placed the handcuff bracelets with leftover chains on her wrists.Andreada soon woke up and was frightened by the freaks since her mothers told her about them when she was 7.She noticed what the freaks had done to save her life,so her fear of them faded away and she stayed with them.She eventually changed her name to Andreada since she was now part ghost.After she turned 13,she left the House of Freaks and went out into the city to look for a new home.She eventually left the city and travled over to Fabulosus City.She met Rocker and they both moved into an old car factory.After a few days,they decided to remodel the factory and make it into a large mansion.After 5 months of nonstop work and some help from Bitchman and his gang,the mansion was completed.Soon afterwards,Andreada and Rocker formed the Legendary Teens,and a few days after that,Drakken arrived.Andreada is mainly seen hanging out with Rocker or Zero Freeze,due to the latter not having legs either. Andreada would hang out with Merqueen,but since she's often with Technic she stays away from her if he's ever around.Andreada's fear of Technic was caused by Technic's first encounter with his Negative form.Since it was new to him,and also a complete surprise since it was a virus injected into him by TechTeen,he lost control and freaked the shit out of Andreada.Ever since she was saved by the freaks,she has never removed the cape and handcuff braclets,yet she still occasionally wears tops with her cape on the outside of the top.When none of her other powers work against a criminal or villain,she lets out a loud scream called the Banshee Shriek,which is what her teammates call it.It sounds so terrifying and loud,that whoever it's used on becomes deaf for 48 or more hours,and the shriek rings through their mind for the rest of their life (good thing it only affects the person it's focused on).

Trivia:
-Her cape has a hood,which she is seen wearing on cold,snowy,or rainy days.
-She can form her tail into many different shapes and forms,even a pair of legs.
-If anyone inhales the purple gas that makes up Andreada's tail or right hand,they'll start hallucinating.After 10 hours,their body will become paralyzed and will soon die unless Andreada neutralizes the effects of the gas.
-Unlike with other gases,the gas that makes up her tail can't be blown away.
-The chains on her wrists function as extra arms(they even extend themselves as much as 500 feet).
-Her right eye has never been seen by anyone but herself.
-There's a symbol-like scar on her back that no one,not even Andreada,knows what its perpose is.
-She expresses her love for Rocker by beating him up.
