Oh wow, that piece is amazing. I love the flaming dragon idea and how warm and powerful this picture is. The pose is pretty good too, although I feel like the dragon's chest is a little small (it should have lots of muscles to use these giant wings, but his chest looks kind of human-like). The hind legs on the other hand seem too big, they seem to heavy for the dragon and would make it hard for him to fly. But other than that I like the pose and his head and wings are really awesome, great job!
The background is amazing too, I really love these rocks and sky, although I thing that the sky is too bright in the top right corner and it draws the attention away from the dragon itself.
I know it's a pretty old piece and you've probably improved a lot since then, but maybe it will help a little
