Well, after the Halloween fiasco, it was a given this was coming. While their outfits are being washed, the two take time to clean themselves up (because Sol told them to and made sure that they did). Of course, the two brothers can have fun together, even doing something like this! Sven, being the ever wonderful big brother takes time to help wash Toto as well.
Toto should be taking the helmet off in the tub though...why? Just think of all the soap suds that would get stuck inside! that's the reason
