Problem is, I am running out of university meal blocks. So cheap coffee and canned soup for me...

PLUS! I haven't spent the money because I just learned about this charity and I have all these feels! U_U It has been a while since I felt passionate about something that wasn't stupid and related in some way to video games, tv shows, or comic books. So i think I'm going to make them charity commissions.
I should probably be saving for my tuition... but I'm kind of an idiot...

My space research teacher is SUCH AN ASS SOMETIMES! One of the machines in the workshop broke, and he was like "Yep! The deadline is still the same!" And at first I was like "ASSHOLE" but I started cutting the wood by hand and I bought a lot of coffee to pull an all-nighter, and then he sends us this email like "PSYCHE! You get an extention! Aren't I nice?"
Also, I live in...not a very safe place, and we are in the biggest crime spree of the century.

so i didn't want to walk home!!! There have been armed robberies almost every night, and usually, multiple ones!
Its kind of scary when gunshots keep you awake at night...

it particularly targets freeing women and children in the sex trade, since that makes up the majority of modern slavery.

It is a worthy cause. It is a shame that these things still exist in today's world, but having lived in a third world country I have seen how far people can go for money. It is a shame. If you do something for this, let me know and I'll lend my support!

India. That level of poverty, of seeing young children working (some at age 4 as house boys particularly-cleaning, helping prepare food, basic work) and begging in the streets, it was heart breaking. There were a lot of kids purposefully maimed to bring in more money that they begged for. Then after you walk away if you looked back, you would see the child you gave money to hand it to a man since that is who truly got it. I tended to give bags of McDonald's food rather than cash. I figured giving food rather than money, the kids would have a chance to eat. I had a woman who lived in the shanties come and do the housekeeping. The landlord warned me her husband took her money from her (I paid her monthly) so I ended up opening a line of credit in addition to her salary at the grocery store in the embassy area I was housed in so that she could purchase what she needed for food for her family. I figured the husband couldn't take that away and spend it and that the extra money would be put to better use.
You feel as though you want to help them all, but it really is overwhelming. Parked at red lights, walking down the streets, you were constantly surrounded by beggars of all ages. I think it is admirable to give to charities, but in India they were corrupt and I was warned that the bureaucrats tended to keep a large portion. After seeing police shake down hired drivers for extra money I didn't have a hard time believing it. That and there are signs in all the government offices warning that bribes are against the law, though I still had to 'pay' officials to clear some of my legal documents. Not that I don't think the U.S. is free of corruption, but to see it so openly done and widely accepted, it was an eye opening experience. Then again, I did stay in the capital city, so maybe it was just more pronounced there.

Eh...I played through Awakening with my Tabris, and I sort of ship her with Nathaniel now.
But I honestly would have loved a CouslandxHowe romance, just in theory!
I...I wish Awakening was a full game with a different warden sometimes. Because...Then you could have romance...and not worry about cheating on your husband!XD lol

It's nice that Anders comes back in DA2, but he is so different from Awakening (cause of Justice and so on...), so I actually preffered his 'funnier' version, and not the JUSTICE-screaming one.
I think they should've either made romances in Awakening available, or made it possible to bring your former relationship into the addon, you knw? Like a good-old-times stuff.
I think my Alistair didn't like the way I was talking to Nate, too. BUT I REGRET NOTHIIIINGGG!!!

ugh...
it's like...with Anders, I adore how he is so much more dedicated and focused and sympathetic and compassionate when you see him again, and to be honest, I liked him more then, and I felt like he was more developed.
But I just...
I don't even want to believe that something that horrible could happen to him! U__U
When I saw him in DA2 for the first time, I was COMPLETELY thrown off guard. I was horrified! Um, NOT because of his looks! X) He was more handsome than ever! It's because of his dramatic appearance, the way he seemed tired and restless, and the way he nearly attacked me! It broke my heart!
My immediate thought, to be honest, was "What the hell, Sopio [Cousland]! >:[ Why didn't you take better care of Anders!?"
I know he made that difficult, to say the least, but I want to believe I would have tried harder to help him! D:>

I know, right?! I thought I really had helped Anders in Awakening. Giving him friends, a home, and safety from the Templars. But well, then he opened up to Justice and everything joined the downwards spiral.
I know, he's dedicated now, really cares about his fellow mages and all, but there should've been another way to end the problems between mages and Templars.
Anyway, I can't wait for DA3 to come out, I hope it will be as awesome as I imagine it, and we'll have the chance to meet our old friends from the other two games again. x3

Anyway, I think I've read something about the chance that you meet your warden and Hawke in the third game! Omigosh, iiimagine that! I so, so, so hope we're gonna meet them again, because it would just be so epic. They said that they'll maybe do that because you start a new character with a new story, but so many people said they would like to play/meet their previous characters again. So let's hope for the best!
