Secondary occupation: Principal of Alexander Toth Memorial High School (also has close ties with Phil and Inter-Security thanks to the Villain Rehabilitation Project)
Powers: Telepathy (prefers to call it "Mind Taking"), telekinesis, transference of a person's mind to be swapped with anything he chooses - be it living or inanimate
