Well I've made Pinkie Pie the "Pink Mare" who murdered he friends for cupcakes (to sell at her restaurant)
Sunset Shimmer would be Springtrap and Pinkie Pie tries to hide from her friends' souls in the Sunset Springtrap suit and gets locked in there. (So technically Pinkie Pie IS Springtrap but with a Sunset Shimmer body.)
