I'm writing a Metal Gear Solid fanfic on AO3 that details Zero's backstory as a young soldier and I drew out the crew I made for him.

Major James Armfield A.K.A. "Pendragon" - The leader of the group and Zero's mentor figure, he's basically the archetypal British gentleman. He is rather stuffy and easily annoyed, especially when being disobeyed, but despite that he can be an overall pleasant and fair boss to work for. He got shot in the leg during World War I resulting in it being disabled, because of that he is unable to do fieldwork and walks around with a cane.

Ivy Jenkins A.K.A. "Taz" - An Aboriginal Australian zoologist and the medic of the team. She is a child at heart and has a fondness for cartoons (mainly Looney Tunes), and hates smoking and drinking. She tends act pretty naggy at times but only because she is caring and protective. She also tends to get overexcited. She and Zero both have a crush on each other and later on end up in a relationship.

Barney MacAdam A.K.A. "Brave" - Pendragon’s second-in command, a Scottish engineer and weapons specialist. Tends to be loudmouth and hotblooded, but also a courageous guy who is willing to give his life to fight for his country. He is a genius, and is responsible for a lot of the technology used on the force.
