Description
Here's the second comic to my Isaac AU, showing how exactly the basement monsters will deal with Mom. So of course, in this AU, everything that happens to Isaac in the game is actually real, meaning his mother really is mentally insane and wants to sacrifice him to God. Fortunately, the monsters are friendly in this AU and want to help Isaac, so they arranged a plan, to send out the two most frightening monsters and scare her so much that she runs away and never returns. In this case, it's Mask of Infamy and Dark One, the former who I personally think is the creepiest boss, and the latter who would do the job well with his intimidating, devil-like appearance.

And don't worry about Isaac, he's in good hands now
